This research comes as a serious attempt to stand on the reality of the role of the Endowment Foundation in supporting educational and teaching aspects in the Al-Jawf region, and to stand on the reasons for the decline of the Endowment Foundation in interest in educational and teaching aspects and to suggest the means and methods that can develop the role of the Endowment Foundation in supporting educational and teaching aspects in the Al-Jawf region, in order to establish a living approach that enables us to invest and employ these endowments, achieving the purpose for which they were legislated, for the good of this world and the hereafter. It included three sections, the first is a general introduction to the jurisprudence of endowment in terms of its definition, legitimacy, wisdom of legitimacy, conditions and types, the second section discussed the role of the Endowment Foundation in serving educational and teaching matters, and the third section discussed the results of the study.
