Divorce has become a realistic problem that threatens families, communities, even almost become a phenomenon, however, there are no realistic studies showing the causes and treatment of this dangerous phenomenon in Aljouf Region. Importance of the subject: It is observed the steady spread of the phenomenon of divorce in society, and this phenomenon is undoubtedly threatens society individuals and groups, so the choice of this subject is as an attempt to find out the real causes of realism to the spread of this phenomenon and provide appropriate solutions to address them. Research Methodology: The research will be -by God willing - within two

main methods: First: Theoretical. Second: descriptive (field survey method). This topic includes three sections: First: the definition of divorce, legitimacy statement.Wisdom types and effects The second: the reasons for the spread of divorce in society, and this will be through what is reached by consensus, which will be got from the field survey. The third: stating means of the appropriate therapy according to consensus reached by the field survey. Then , the findings and recommendations are mentioned.
