This research aims to identify the jurisprudential controls that regulate the manufacture of medicines, and aims to clarify the controls for manufacturing pharmaceutical products that contain impurities or forbidden things, with a statement of the ruling of Sharia on treating with pure or predominantly forbidden things, whether by eating or drinking, or by coating the body, and clarifying the ruling on treating with forbidden things if they are transformed into permissible things, and identifying the jurisprudential controls on testing medicine on humans and animals. I followed the descriptive analytical approach, and concluded from this research with several results, including: the agreement of jurists on the legitimacy of treatment, and the Islamic Sharia’s urging to acquire and know all useful knowledge, the origin of medicine is that it is permissible from what God Almighty has permitted, whether this medicine is from one substance or from multiple substances that have been mixed, the prohibition of treating with forbidden or impure things when choosing, and therefore it is forbidden accordingly to manufacture a medicine that contains forbidden or impure things, if necessity or need does not call for it, the permissibility of using medicines in which forbidden or impure things were included in their manufacture if necessity calls for it, transformation affects impure and forbidden materials in terms of permissibility Purity: It is permissible to conduct experiments on humans if they are not extremely harmful to them, and there is an urgent need to conduct them, with their consent without misleading or deceiving them.
