This research comes as a serious attempt to find out the reality of Awqaf  in the way of rooting for the living approach  that enable us from the investment of these Awqaf  and employing it, to achieve a purpose for what it was initiated to, for the best of this world and the hereafter, has safeguarded three sections; The first section is general entry in the jurisprudence of Al Waqf  in terms of its definition, legitimacy and wisdom of the legality and conditions and types. The second section dealt with the discussion of the investment of Al Waqf resources and ancient and modern proposed methods. The third section dealt with controls of Al Waqf  investment funds and its proceeds. Then there is the conclusion contains the most important findings and recommendations.
