This rsearsh is in – depth study to access to the most correct opinion about channel of spending " in the way of Allah's share to achieve the aim for which it was legislated . The researsh aims to explain views of Faqih's and Explainers' leaders about this channel . I reviewed evidence of each doctrine and stood on responses of each team indicating the most correct one .I took the inductive and the analytical deductive method . I concluded from this researsh that "in the way of Allah's channel is meant to fight for the sake of Allah "JIHAD" in its broad and general sense .
