This research is based on the descriptive analytical method, which aims to: Clarifying the reality of digital currencies, especially Bitcoin, and rooting them to reach the Islamic ruling to deal with it. The researcher concluded that the characteristics and conditions of currency are not available in the virtual currency. Not as a currency in the real sense, The digital currency (Bitcoin) is considered as an unknown and anonymous commodity, not a guarantor, based on gambling and obscene tricked, and the surrounding of the suspicions and risks to the personal economy, and countries economics, may not be purchased, sold or traded, until the situation is correct , the most important recommendations to discuss the issue of digital currencies in the jurisprudence councils and study it more deeply, to reach a detailed fatwa on dealing with such digital currencies, the need for international coordination regarding the circulation of these digital currencies, and the enactment of legislation and laws that regulate circulation in order to protect the economy of individuals and countries.
