This study aims to shed the light on the Quranic texts and examine the verses where the expressions of time have been used with the aim of knowing the semantic meaning of these words and to make a comparison between them and the phrase of time /tense.

This is due to the firm belief that every word in Quran is used in its suitable place and that every word is used to give a particular meaning that cannot be given by any other word this mean that there are no synonyms in Quran.

Studying this side or aspect is essential since it studies time that represents the real substance, which the human life revolves around it.
