At the present time, Arab youth are facing multiple challenges that impact their lives and professional and personal paths, hindering the realization of their full potential. These challenges stem from the social, economic, and political changes occurring in the Arab world. However, these challenges can be overcome by adopting integrated strategies that empower youth to achieve their aspirations and ambitions. In this study, we shed light on the most significant challenges facing Arab youth—ethical, intellectual, and economic—and propose appropriate solutions. Given that youth represent more than half to two-thirds of society, unlike in modern societies suffering from aging and low birth rates, where the youth percentage is minimal, any failure to address the needs of the youth implies a significant failure in dealing with society as a whole. Since the youth will be leading the next phase, failure in addressing their concerns will inevitably lead us to face real disasters in the near future.
