Abstract

The objectives of Islamic Law (Sharia) are of great interest to the scholars and the Islamic learners due to their great roles in applying Sharia into real life, and what helps in that; is knowing the methods of revealing these objectives. There are some refused ways to reveal these methods like exaggerations and extremism on analyzing the texts either literally or by diving into the intended meanings. Indeed, there are acceptable and considerable methods for revealing the Islamic Law objectives including analyzing the text as it is from its form, the purpose of its presence, the consideration of the original and dependent objectives, the proof of silence of instructor -Prophet Mohammed Peace be upon him-, rather than the induction method, and many others. This study aimed to highlight these methods and to clarify them.
