This study aimed to discuss the role of bridging pretexts principle in jurisprudential deduction in political jurisprudence, to this end, the study attempted to answer the following questions: what is the perspective of jurists on the principle of bridging pretexts? What is the role of this principle in deducing rulings in political jurisprudence?
The study concluded that there is a consensus among jurists on the authenticity of the principle of bridging pretexts where spoiling may occur with certainty or most probability, while they disagreed in the event of significant corruption that did not reach the most probable.
Moreover, reviewing a set of jurisprudential models demonstrated the importance of the principle of bridging pretexts in the field of political jurisprudence.
