This study aims to understand the effect of social representations on the process of learning and teaching French grammar. These representations manifest in the learner through their attitudes and behaviors towards activities and tasks to be accomplished. Therefore, this study seeks to explore the role that information and communication technologies (ICT) can play in modifying the social representations of students in the French department at An-Najah National University. To achieve the objectives of this research, the researchers adopt a quantitative approach by distributing a comprehensive questionnaire at the end of the hybrid course over a period of four semesters. This questionnaire, answered by 110 students, explores perceptions related to the use of ICT in developing motivation, autonomy, and learner performance. The results reveal the positive role of this teaching modality in enriching the educational environment and increasing a sense of efficacy in dealing with the traditional challenges of acquiring grammar in a foreign language.
