This study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of technological competencies and the obstacles to their availability among kindergarten teachers in Qalqilya Governorate from their own point of view, and the effet of demographic variables (scientific qualification, years of experience, specialization, type of kindergarten) among kindergarten teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of availability of technological competencies among kindergarten teachers in Qalqilya governorate was at a medium degree, and that the degree of technological competencies obstacles among kindergarten teachers in Qalqilya Governorate was moderately, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences in the average degree of technological competencies availability and obstacles among female teachers. Kindergartens according to the two variables (years of experience and type of kindergarten). The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which were: securing a technological infrastructure in kindergartens by equipping them with modern technology tools and techniques, expanding sources of vocational training for kindergarten teachers to possess the technological competencies necessary to employ them in the field of early education, and electronic assessment methods.
