The study aimed to identify the degree of application of science education quality standards in the light of the digital world from the point of view of science teachers in Palestine. The study population consisted of (6782) male and female science teachers, while the study sample consisted of (643) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire with (61) items divided into eight domains. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicated that the degree of application of the quality standards of science education in the light of the digital world from the viewpoint of science teachers came to a medium degree, followed by the field of quality standards of evaluation and examinations. The results of the study indicated that there are differences in the degree of application of quality standards of science education in the light of the digital world in Palestine due to the variables of gender and academic qualification, and there are no differences due to the variable of years of experience. In the light of the results of the study, it is recommended that training courses be held to enable science teachers to employ the quality standards of assessment and examinations in science education, and to hold training courses on employing science education quality standards in the digital world for diploma holders and female teachers.
