Abstract

This study shows the role which the Arabic curriculum plays in the Arabic universities-particularly Berzeit university in Palestine for reinforcing the patriotic and social spirit for the sake of serving the nation and community issues and to manifest their role in sustaining the patriotic spirit and preserving the importance of the nation and habitant in the memories of the students ,so it is a detailed study show the role of the Arabic language curriculum in Beirzeit to stand on the most notable issues which the curriculum manipulate how much the curriculum is punctual to keep cresset of these issues bright in the memories of the students in addition to that it manifest the most notable means which the curriculum follows to reinforce these values and surviving them. the nature of this study necessitate me to depend on the analytical perspective method through prescribing the role of this curriculum and analyzing its content to stand on these patriotic issues and discuss the methods which are used in showing them ,for that this study has arrived to many results the most notable of them is that the Arabic language curriculum played an important role in reinforcing the patriotic issues ,second it focuses on the Palestinian issues and there are vast verity evedences of that in the curriculum which we can see in he readind lessons ,the poetic the writing and in veriety of linguistic examples
