Staff Approaches towards Electronic Learning for the Palestinian Higher Education Institutions at Covid-19 Time Analytical Descriptive Study

This research is aimed at identifying the trends of teaching staff towards e-learning in Palestinian higher education institutions, within Covid 19 Pandemic and the theory of distance is the basis for addressing the problem of study.

The researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach to its suitability for the problems of study, and based on the interview and identification two tools. The group interview for their representative (the officer’s groups) was from the study sample, from members of the teaching bodies of various Palestinian Universities, which the identification was targeted at seven universities, to which a large number of students are affiliated, and members of staff.

One of the most notable results was the ability of members of teaching staff of these institutions to overcome the educational crisis. The study reached several recommendations the most important of which are: each Palestinian higher education institution most prepare its own strategy, including a detailed and clear plan for e-learning mechanisms that integrate e-education in natural conditions, which will help to remove fear and surprise in the event that Palestinian higher education institutions are forced to the e-learning in.
