The building theory is forming a cornerstone in tackling this problem. The interview targeted a sample of the academic staff in the various Palestinian Universities; while the questionnaire targeted seven universities with a sum of 214 of the academic staff who involved in the e-learning experiment at the time of the pandemic. The most notable results were: the staff members faced numerous difficulties such as the great effort and time the e-learning needs, in addition to psychological and personal barriers .However, positive points appeared in using e-learning such as recording lectures which will make it possible for students to revise it at any time. Another point, the quality of e-learning decreased in comparison with face to face learning.
