The research studied the late Al-Imam Abo – Hatem's methodology in denying the accompaniment of the prophet Mohammed ( PBUH ), using implicit terms and proved by other critics like Al-Bukhari and Ibn Habban, as well as  companions of the prophet like Abi –Naim and Ibn Hager and others . This study has followed their narrations and studied them in a critical way , whether they have narrations about the prophet Mohammed (PBUH) , or   be mentioned in the Meten Al-Hadeeth as one of his companions .After examining the book of Al-Jarh and Ta'deelz , written by   his son –Abdul-Rahman Bin Abi Hatem , the number of the narrators who denied the companions of the prophet was 12 out of 16 narrations . After examining and studying  them in a critical way  ; it turned out the invalidity of anyone of  the 12 narrators , and the acceptance of the narration of Al-Imam Abo-Hatem's  account , as the validity of the narration is considered as a condition for proving the accompaniment for Abo –Hatem.

To  make the study breief and concise , the research has  only tracked the narrators whom Abo-hatem Have denied their accompaniement using implicit terms like unknown, I don't know him , I have no idea about his companions . It's also restricted to evidences that Abo –Hatem have denied  their accompaniment and proved by others .
