The social bullying among students of the upper basic stage from the point of view of teachers in Directorate of North- Hebron

Abstract:The study aimed to identifying the level of social bullying
among upper basic stage students from the teachers' point of view, and
the effect of each of the variables of gender, educational qualification,
years of experience, and place of residence. To achieve the goal of the
study, the descriptive approach was adopted, the study sample consisted
of teacher of the upper basic stage were randomly selected from the study
population. The results indicated that the role of culture factors in societal
bullying came to a high degree (3.75) on total degree, the culture factor
related to society got the highest degree (3.87), followed the cultural
factor related to parents (3.72) followed by the cultural factor related to
the school (3.68), and the results indicated that there were differences in
the level of cultural factors in societal bullying due the gender, in light of
the results, it is recommended to more attention with female student with
regard to self-actualization with proper behavior instead of bullying
behavior.
