The change is a reality and necessity in jurisprudence. The change in Islamic Jurisprudence (fiqh) is taken up during the Prophet’s life by the term of naskh. After the Prophet’s life, the fact of change appears in the opinions of al-mujtahids. In the beginning part of the article, we studied the fact of ruju' as "the change in the opinion of a mujtehid about a subject that he commanded before" in Abu Yusuf’s juridical judgements. Afterwards we mentioned recourses, reasons of the Abu Yusuf's that is in the category of worship in fiqh. Finally, we made analysis by mentioning the resources of recourses
