This study aimed to investigate the degree of which public schools’ teachers at Nablus Governorate possess the teaching and technological qualifications from their principals’ point of view.  To achieve this goal, a (110) random sample of Nablus government school principals: (64) males and (46) females was taken. A questionnaire which measured the teaching and technological qualifications was administered on them.  Bu using the descriptive statistics in one hand, and the analytical ones on the other, the results showed that the degree of teachers' qualifications in teaching was good, but in technological qualifications was medium. Whereas, the results did not reveal any significant effect due to principles’ gender, educational qualifications, or years of experience.
