The main objective of this research is to review and evaluate social security law regarding Palestinian woman rights. This is done to show how well Palestinian social security coincides with other the most important international agreements. This requires the analysis of several items of Palestinian social security law regarding women's rights within the framework of the basic standards of international abutments related to women's rights. This analytical framework of understanding the act requires that lawyers, when they write and authorize the act, and for the purpose of application of change, try to measure the essential hypotheses in which the discrimination in this certain act was built and not just the achievement of real equalityّ. Moreover, any study of this area of the legislative policy must include the relation of this law with other laws. It also must include the dimensions of the acting text and its effects and relations with the legal context. This research tries to answer the question about: “The Extent of Concordance of the Palestinian Social Security Act No. 19 for 2016 with the most important International Agreements.” This research indicated that most of the items of the Palestinian Social Security Act No.19 of 2016 don’t concord with most of the international agreements items.
