This study attempts to present a set of foundational concepts of pragmatic theory in the cognitive context. This is based on a basic assumption that states that the subject of pragmatic theory is a scientifically open topic that deals with various data: linguistic, cognitive, perceptual, logical, social, and cultural. Based on the foregoing, this study seeks to organize the pragmatics within the framework of the study of concepts. Then you answer the nature of the relationship between pragmatics and semantics. Then it tries, secondly, to determine the pragmatic theory that fits the research within the framework of the assumption of meaning as a mental project.
