The Journal of Legal Rulings is one of the greatest works of the Ottoman Empire since its inception. It is one of the regulatory legislations that are in favor of the Ottoman Empire and Islamic jurisprudence in general, and the Hanafi school of thought in particular. In order for the courts to escape the confusion and disagreement arising from the different sayings in the books of Hanafi jurisprudence.
The magazine is considered the first codification and law in the Islamic era, and this paper came to highlight the importance of the magazine in the scientific renaissance in Palestine, at the level of drafting laws and implementing them in the regular courts, as it is considered as the civil law applied in Palestine and valid until the present time.
