This research dealt with preventive measures to limit the spread of the Corona epidemic, as it was a recent occurrence and spread throughout the world, and caused health, economic, social and psychological damages that affected all aspects and facilities of public and private society, and it was necessary to clarify these measures - legal and administrative -, Because of its relationship and connection with preserving souls, and contributing to limiting the spread of the epidemic, and dealing with emerging calamities and accidents related to this pandemic, and one of the most important effects of taking these measures was the great responsibility of the state towards its citizens in preserving and protecting them from the epidemic, and the moral responsibility of the citizen Humanity and legitimacy towards others, so that it is not a cause of transmitting the virus and causing harm to others, and we have followed the descriptive, inductive and analytical approach in presenting the evidence and linking it to the facts to show the extent to which these measures contribute to limiting the spread of the epidemic and preventing and protecting society from it.
