The whole world faced an uninspected catastrophize because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This crisis affected people’s lives in many ways. Jobs and businesses were one of the main affected sectors since a lot of people couldn’t continue their jobs which affected both business owners and customers. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the pandemic affected Palestinian businesses and how technology helped these businesses to overcome the effects of the crisis. We use a qualitative research method to collect data from business owners and head managers through face-to-face interviews. The aim is to understand what effects businesses in Palestine have been facing due to the pandemic and how could technology use and adoption help their business. Our main goal is to prepare the community for any similar crisis that might happen in the future and to provide recommendations for businesses to deal with the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic to survive their businesses.
