In this study, we sought an accurate and detailed diagnosis of the transformations that the Palestinian media institutions witnessed in light of the new communication environment, and to find out how the Palestinian media institutions can establish a new communication model within their organizational structures in line with the new environment for communication in the digital time, and to address the mechanisms used by professional journalists. In traditional Palestinian media institutions to address the content produced by citizen journalists. In this context, we raised the following problem: What are the contexts of transformation and integration of the traditional Palestinian media in the context of digitization, and how were citizenship journalism practices employed in newsrooms? In order to answer this problem, we followed the qualitative content analysis approach, as the tool of the qualitative approach was represented in the scientific (regulated) interviews with chief editors in the Palestinian local media, and after subjecting the sample material to analysis and study, we were able to reach that the Palestinian media institutions have spared no effort in modernizing their communication systems It sought to activate the citizen journalist's participation in furnishing news spaces, and established platforms for it to communicate with its audience "crowd sourcing", and to form supporters for it "crowd journalism" to take advantage of the feature of communicative interaction through social media, and this indicates that smart TV newsrooms are looking forward to Convergence News room.
