Objective: This study aims to shed light on e-learning management in the Palestinian higher education institutions throughout Covid19 Crisis and to weigh out its capacity to secure a suitable teaching environment; moreover, to explore the mechanisms and the future vision to develop the future e-learning management. Methodology: The study followed the Qualitative-analytical process since it suits the problem case; it also used the directed interview on individual bases as a tool to obtain information form who are in charge of e-learning in the Palestinian Universities. The study is formed from two main axes: the first axis revolves around e-learning managements in the Palestinian higher education throughout Covid19 Crisis and their ability to face the crisis. The second main axis focused on the scopas of developing the e-learning experiment in the Palestinian higher education institutions to face and conclude the crisis throughout Covid19. Results: E-learning management succeeded in overcoming the teaching crisis throughout designing an interactive contemporary electronic content in the Palestinian Universities. Palestinian Universities succeeded in using and applying up-to-date developed programs in e-learning which put them parallel to international universities; moreover, to create up-to-date electronic content meets the needs of e-learning theoretically and practically.
