With the presence of approximately (60) institutions for vocational and technical education and training in Palestine, including universities and technical colleges, vocational schools and vocational training centers, and the attention and support these institutions receive from the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and the Ministry of Labor, as well as Donor countries, and despite the availability of advanced training environments from workshops, laboratories and workshops in these institutions, the labor market and the local community so far suffer from a severe shortage of specialized technicians capable of providing the professional and technical requirements of the labor market.
This paper aims to develop proposals that aim to achieve technical education goals in Palestine, especially with the presence of a significant number of technical education and training institutions from vocational schools, vocational training centers, colleges and technical universities, and the attention these institutions receive from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Ministry of Labor as well as donor countries.
