This study is concerned with deducing the approach taken by Judge Abu Yala al-fura when interpreting the verses that concern the provisions of the Quran, by considering what was quoted by Ibn al-Jawzi in his interpretation Zad Al-Maseer because his book is missing and impossible to refer to it.  The research came out with important results, including that the judge Abu Yala is particularly concerned with the interpretation of the adage, in addition to interpreting the Quran’s opinion, and that the principles of jurisprudence and language have a clear impact in his interpretation, deduction and weighting between the sayings.
