Praise is due to Allah; peace be upon the chosen one prophet
Mohammad and peace be upon his followers until the Day of Judgment.
This study demonstrates the rhetoric of the utterances of prayers from Takbir
to Taslim. It consists of three chapters, namely:
- Chapter one talks about the general view of prayer; its definition
etymologically; its religious status, importance and significance along
with the religious judgment of its neglectors.
- Chapter two tackles the meanings of the utterances of any Islamic
prayer especially from Takbir to Taslim. Also, it clarifies 14 cases of
these utterances.
- The third chapter talks about the rhetoric of the utterances of prayers by
analyzing seven rhetoric styles in these utterances, namely: brevity,
equalization, verbosity, emphasis, fronting, pre-posing, definite and
non-definite method, addressing, separation , connection and
assimilation
The researchers conclude this study with the results of the study and its
recommendations asking gracious Allah to accept this study, bless it for the
benefit of prayers and readers. All praise it to Allah and Peace Be upon
Mohammed and his follower until Judgment Day.
