A sample of (632) male and female undergraduate students was taken randomly from three northern Palestinian Universities: (239) from An-Najah, (200) from Arab-American (AAU), and (109) form Palestine-Technical University/Khaduri (PTUK).   A questionnaire of (37) items measuring the teacher-student democratic relationship in two domains: academic and social domains was administered on the sample.  The data was manipulated by using the descriptive statistic in one hand, and the analytic statistics using "t-test" and "f-test" on the other.  Accordingly, the study revealed the following results: 1) The general mean of democratic relationship between the teacher and student in three universities was acceptable (X=3.46), 2) the mean of (PTUK) was higher significantly than the mean of (AAU) and An-Najah, 3) the mean of (AAU) was higher significantly than An-Najah, 4) the mean of democratic relationship in the academic domain was higher significantly than that in the social domain, 5) the mean of freshmen and sophomore was higher than that of junior and senior, 7) the mean of students whose age between 18-20 was higher than that of older ones who aged between 21-23, 24-26, or 27 and more, 7) the mean of students who had a scientific background in General High School Exam was higher than that of students who had a literature or commercial back ground, 8) the mean of students who see themselves as cultured was higher than that of those who see their culture medium or weak.

This results came along with discussions, recommendations for further future studies.
