Responses showed, after analysis that the sex factor had level of (α=0.05) in favor of male. As for the faculties, the analysis showed a difference level of (α =0.05) for scientific faculties. The other factor there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α= 0.05) due to the variables the academic dgree, scientific and academic experience. Based on the results, the researcher recommends with the use of  blended learning in the educational institutions because of its significant role in sustainable development and holding workshops on Blended education and sustainable development for females and workers in literary faculties.
