The study aimed to examine the role of the Palestine educational satellite channel in enhancing the learning process for the school primary students in Qalqilia District. The study applied Sequential Explanatory Mixed Methods was used through two tools: qualitative and quantitative (interview, questionnaire) to collect data. The results showed: that the role of satellite TV was (high) with a mean (3.4), and there was consistency between quantitative and qualitative results. The principals’ opinions were consistent with the teachers’ responses, and that the challenges came at a (high) level, at a rate of (75%), represented by the weakness of the Internet and the absence of parents’ conviction. The study recommended providing schools with the Internet, educate teachers and students, in addition to providing financial support and directing educational media to educate society about the role of satellite TV.
