The article presents the results of using video filming and Kinovea software in the study of the technique of high-skilled male (n=7) and female (n=7) youth national teams handball players of Russia. The average values of the maximum and minimum values of the angular characteristics of the leg work were revealed during the amortization and takeoff phases, as well as the amplitude of the arm swing. The control of the technical skill of the players shows the results of the biomechanical analysis, which provided the basis for comparing the angular parameters of the technique of individual subjects with the average group indicators. Under individualizing of the process of technical training, the biomechanical indicators of the performance of throws were taken into account, moreover, the quantitative assessment of the angular parameters of the technique made it possible to identify the features of the performance of throws. The technical training programs implemented in the training process made it possible to eliminate the identified shortcomings in technique individually for each player.
