Research objectives:The research aims to present the most important contemporary doctrinal and intellectual challenges that the Islamic culture course should protect university students from, especially the challenge of contemporary atheism and the separation of belief from work, Then an explanation of how to face these challenges, and to transform the beliefs, values ​​and customs inherent in our culture from accumulation to a culture that directs the behavior of young people.

Study Methodology:The researchers followed the descriptive and analytical approaches, where they presented and clarified the most important contemporary doctrinal and intellectual challenges to our Islamic culture, and then stated the most important ideas proposed to immunize the nation's youth from its dangers.

Results:The research concluded that the two Islamic cultures still face many challenges in the era of globalization, the most dangerous of which are the doctrinal challenges, especially those separating belief and action, and the new atheism, which calls for confronting it through a solid scientific nodal rooting, and contemporary intellectual challenges, and its images are concepts The erroneous about the relationship of religion to the world, and the concept of freedom in Islam, which calls for deepening the legal position on it.

Originality of the research:The scientific value of the research lies in presenting the most important contemporary doctrinal and intellectual challenges to our Islamic culture, in particular the challenge of contemporary atheism, where the research showed the seriousness of this challenge and its features, and the most important proposals to confront it, in order to achieve immunity and immunity for university students.
