This study sought to examine the perception of civil protection for the electronic works from the perspective of the legislation in force in Palestine. It is the copyright law issued in 1911 applied by the decree of 1924, where this study aimed to establish a civil protection to the electronic works in the field of copyright law, in spite of there was a popular belief that there is no relevant law, or the ineffectiveness and feasibility of this law, because it is a law relatively old now.
