Abstract; This research deals with a presentation and discussion of the most important social issues related to women, which Al-Tahir Ibn Ashour spoke about in his interpretation. Ibn Ashour is one of the scholars who glorify the Qur’anic text, and who asserts what their ijtihad has reached, even if other scholars disagree with it.

The research has shed light on the ease and permissibility of Sharia in issues of mixing, dress and adornment, which are specific to women, and which are restricted by the considered legal controls, and made the responsibility of spending on women and protecting them a duty on men, and explaining the aspect of their preference over women in Islam, as it showed the aspects of equality between them, it did not make it steady, did not cancel it altogether, and discussed some serious issues related to marriage
