Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of planning public school administrators in achieving the overall quality of the educational process from the perspective of educational supervisors and administrators in the provinces of North West "in addition to the impact of the study variables (sex, theme and function, and years of experience) Effective planning relationship school managers achieve the overall quality of the educational process, the study of all supervisors and managers in the directorates of education, Government of northern West Bank in Palestine, (192) supervisor and supervisor of tutors, and (30) supervisor and administrative supervisor In the section follow field and the sample of the study consisted of (162) supervisor and Superintendent of education, and (28) supervisor and administrative supervisor, approximately (84.3%) Of supervisors and (93.3%) of the supervisors of the study society, to achieve the objective of the study, the researchers set up identification based on theoretical literature, studies, books and related articles, and has been endorsed by resolution displayed on the Panel of arbitrators, Reliability factor was extracted by cronbach alpha, (0.87), after their application.

1: there is a sign of the effectiveness of planning principals to achieve quality in the performance of employees, and student performance, and from the viewpoint of curriculum supervisors and administrators in the West, where the degree of effective planning and quality in the performance of workers were high, while in the performance of Students and the curriculum was moderately according to respondents. Generally the first axis areas arrangement was a "planning principals to achieve overall quality of educational process" came as follows:-first: effective planning and quality in the performance of workers, and in the second place: effective planning Director and achieve The quality of the educational curriculum, and in third place: educational planning and quality level of the students.

2. He found that both paragraphs I and II of the second axis check total quality standards at the level of the school and school management from the perspective of educational supervisors and administrators in the provinces of North West were high opinion of respondents. To rearrange fields, depending on the degree of achievement of quality standards in the educational process as follows:-ranked.

3. There is a  statistically significant link abstract level (α ≥ 0.05) between the effectiveness of planning principals and the overall quality of the educational process from the perspective of educational supervisors and administrators in Palestine.

 4. the lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 (≤) in the degree of effectiveness of planning principals to achieve overall quality of educational process according to demographic variables (gender, theme years of experience), as for the variable job has found significant differences Statistic significance level (0.05 (≤) in the degree of effectiveness of planning principals to achieve overall quality of educational process according to a variable for job supervisors.
