Selling land leasing products in cash or as part of the products  .

Abstract

This study tackles jurisprudence issueelated to leasing lands through getting cash or parts of its products which makes it contracts very similar to companies and leasing a property. This includes leasing the land and paying by the same kind of products before any manufacturing process. Same applies for leasing bare lands that is used for growing a certain product and the payment will be in cash or part of the product itself. What is being used nowadays is selling the land's products when it's close to becoming ripe or before without any termination of the trees neither keeping them (according to contract), or products that come in certain seasons. the study will bring some examples up that were used before yet have been disappearing as they are to be illegitimate or have a very negative impact. The land leasing includes: leasing olive, grapes, almonds, strawberry, figs and bare land as well that has no trees in it or partially bare. This will be through mentioning the conditions under which this process will be legitimate. This study aims to analyze the scientists' interpretation of this issue and discuss it in order to reach a verdict. So far this study land and trees are productive stock or profitable capital and this study has shown the ways to do legitimate contracts in regards of land leasing.
