In this paper presents the effect of the difference disk thickness combined armature on the performance of linear electromagnetic motor. Results of the three samples investigations show possibilities to apply them successfully in the following applications: The first sample of LEMM with disk thickness of combined armature H=40 mm can be used to make briefly running hammer with a relatively high frequency and high amplitude vibration provided to the tool in the final stage. the another two samples H=20 mm, H=10 mm can be used to make hammers with low frequency and high amplitude vibration provided to the tool in the final stage.
