Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of public relations in managing electronic reputation through social networking sites in light of the Corona pandemic, in hospitals designated for treating Corona patients and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on the questionnaire tool directed to all workers in these hospitals, And it distributed an intended sample of (70) male and female employees.

 The results of the study showed that the interest of specialized hospitals for treating people with Coronavirus in managing electronic reputation through social media is very high at a rate (81.2%), and the contribution of social media sites in this is very high by (86.9%), and there is a diversification in the mechanisms that are followed. Within these hospitals is a very high rate of( 87.6%), which indicates the skill of Palestinian hospitals in managing the electronic reputation through social networking sites.

 and accordingly the study recommended conducting a weekly opinion poll on social media to identify the extent of public satisfaction with the hospital's services in caring for Corona patients.
