This research will figure out the future design of schools in terms of learning and interior architectural spaces that provide healing and safe environments for children. To achieve that, this research will use qualitative and quantitative methods.

In March 2020, the World Health Organization officially announced the COVID-19 outbreaks as a global Pandemic (WHO, 2020). During this time, the Palestinian Government announced the closure of schools and high education institutions, which they declared the commitment to online learning. However, schools stayed closed until 1\9\2020. Learning in Palestine faced many challenges in terms o/f preparation, particularly in schools. Teachers across the globe were largely unprepared to support the continuing of learning and adapt the new teaching methodologies. On 15\9\2020, schools started to return to teach face to face with some safety regulations, such as s using masks and sterilizers and providing social distances to decrease the infection. The Palestinian Schools closed again on 6\12\2020 for three weeks and they started to use E-Learning. Teachers used the same traditional methods they used during face-to-face learning and this might have a negative effect on the quality of education.

Schools in Palestine, in particular governmental, included around 40 students per class, and this put the ministry of education in front of challenges. Decrease the number of students per class means, schools should provide more spaces and teachers. To overcome that, they divided the students for every school into groups. used during face-to-face learning and this might harm the quality of education.

Based on the above, what is COVID-19 teaching us about learning pedagogy and future methodology for the architectural design of schools (i.e. functional interior spaces, size, furniture, materials, the interior design of classes, safety, aesthetics, environmental issues, etc.? Do we need to change the interior architectural spaces of schools to overcome any pandemic issues? Besides, do we need to change the pedagogy of schools?.
