purpose of this study were to indentify the influence degree of participation in swimming course on health perception and life satisfaction among employees at an-najah university, in addition to determine the relationship between health perception and life satisfaction among employees, and the differences in health perception and life satisfaction according to gender variable. To achieve that, the study was conducted on a random sample that consisted of (47) participants in swimming sessions. To gather data, tow questionnaires of health perception and life satisfaction were applied after conducting their validity and reliability coefficients . SPSS software was used to reach the study results. The results of the study revealed that the influence degree of participation in swimming sessions on health perception and life satisfaction among employees were high, where the means of response for the total score were (3.96, 3.93) respectively. Also, there was a positive and significative relationship between health  perception and life satisfaction among employees. Finally, there were statistically significant differences in the influence degree of participation in swimming sessions on health perception and life satisfaction among employees in favor of females. The main recommendation of the study was the need for developing the attitudes of universities employees towards the participation in various sport activities and especially swimming.
