The study sample consisted of (75) students of fifth grade girl students at Mahmoud Abu Ghazalah basic school. The study found that there are statistically significant differences between the means scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test to acquire mathematical concepts for the benefit of the experimental group. There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the measurement of tendencies towards learning mathematics, in favor of the experimental group. There is a statistically significant relationship between the degrees of achievement of the experimental group in the acquisition of mathematical concepts and their degrees towards tendencies of learning mathematics. Based on the finding of the study showed that, the researcher recommended employing DRIVER model in teaching mathematics to the students because this model has the ability to acquire mathematical concepts among the sample of the study.
