Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the availability degree of computer competencies in e-school portal among public schools principals in Qalqilya and Salfit governorates from the principals point of view . In addition , the study attempts to examine the effect of a set of variables including : gender , academic qualifications , work experience , faculty graduated from , the age of principal. To achieve objectives of study the researcher used the descriptive methodology where the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (33) items . after checking the validity and reliability of the instrument . It was applied to the study sample consisting of (100) principals . The result of the study showed that degree of availability of the competencies reached(3.14) which mean moderate . In addition , the data revealed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) in variables of gender , academic qualifications and faculty graduated from .The result also indicated statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) in variables of work experience and the age of principal .
