Al – Baiaa In the Islamic Political Law The Concept and Application Mechanisms

This study sheds light on ALBAIAA system and its application mechanism in political Fiqh, and tried to make comparison between its application in the Islamic caliphate era, and how it has changed thereafter, and explained the reasons that impeded the development of this system, It concludes that the political power that had ruled after Caliphate era ,as well as the role of Foqaha's interpretations of Companions actions were the main reasons behind this impedance
