United Arab of Emirates (UAE)  is one of the countries that enclosed between latitudes 40 degrees north and 40 degrees south (so-called sun-belt). Which enabled United Arab of Emirates (UAE) to be one of the best areas using solar energy, and the possibility of investing in it is economically feasible.

One of the most important factors that affect the amount of solar radiation incidence on a solar collectors and solar panels is its tilt angle from the horizontal. Changing the tilt angle will lead to change the amount of solar radiation falling on the solar collector and solar panel surface. A mathematical model will be built for estimating the optimum tilt angle for the solar collector and solar panels and the amount of the solar radiation falling on them for the seven emirates of the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al Quwain), on a daily, monthly, seasonally, semi-annually and annually basis. The optimum tilt angle will be determined by searching for the maximum value for the radiation falling on a solar collectors and solar panels for a specific period. This paper will find the daily, monthly, seasonally, semi-annually and annually tilt angle for each emirates of the UAE and find if  is it worth to change the tilt angle daily, monthly, seasonally, semi-annually, and annually for each emirate.
