The racist national law on the 19th of June, 2018 was passed in order to disclose the real intentions and policies of Israel towards the Arabs who stayed in their home after the Nakba in 1948 and then the Palestinians in general. This racist law is in order to take away the Palestinians from the scene affirming the historical, religious and national right of the Jews in Palestine wherever they are and they have the right to determine their destiny on this land making Hebrew as their official language and the religious and Zionistic symbols for this state. This study is a clarification of the projection and results of this racist law on the Arab Palestinians in Israel who will be the first to suffer from this unjust law. It is unjust in all the aspect of life especially the social, political, economic, religious and cultural aspects after introducing the motivations of passing this law at the level of the internal, regional or global affairs. Also, it will explore the negative results at the level of the national activities in 1948 areas even at the level of the High Follow-Up Committee for Arab Citizens of Israel or the active Arab parties at the popular level. Finally, the researcher concluded this study with some recommendations and results related to the study. Keywords: The Basic Law, National Law, Apartheid, Knesset.
