Determining the murder Deyyah  in JD:

Abstract: this study tackles the issue of determining the legal Deyyah in our country in case of murder of all types especially the one caused by traffic accidents as they are so many, and homicide that takes the deyyah instead of retribution. In other case corruption and negative norms are being considered causing assaults on other people or causing further death. This study aims at determining the amount of al Deyyah and the source of money paid for that as mentioned in Al Sunnah and suitable for our county and its relation with inflation. This study has concluded that the currency for Al Deyya is gold or its equivalence of money, camels, cows or sheep. In our country it is 4.250 gm of pure gold According to the prophet sayings equaling 1000 gold Dinar as cows and sheep are not suitable to be exchanged for lives in country.
