Authors

This research deals with the study of the original controls of international jurisdiction in Palestine. The Palestinian Civil and Commercial Procedures Law defines these controls and provides them with a legal regulation. These controls can be divided into two sections: Personal Controls, which are related to the nationality of the defendant, whether natural or legal person where the Palestinian courts have jurisdiction over the lawsuits filed against Palestinians regardless of their place of residence, whether in Palestine or abroad.

The other part is the Regional Controls and are based on the jurisdiction of the territory of state such as defendant's domicile, place of residence or chosen domicile, the control of the location of the money in Palestine, the compliance control that existed, executed, or was to be executed in Palestine and the cases of bankruptcy in Palestine.
